2025 Open Badminton

On Monday 12th May SACCSS hosted the Open Badminton Tournament at Eagle Stadium, Werribee.

The tournament was open to students from any year level from our member colleges.
The players competed in pairs in a Doubles Round Robin competition.

This massive Badminton tournament saw approximately 300 matches played across 24 Badminton courts over the day.

The Tournament was separated into 4 skill categories per gender:
– Junior Boys A, B, C, D
– Junior Girls A, B, C, D

The competitors were exceptional in their skill and conduct over the day.
Thanks to the staff and student helpers from Thomas Carr College and MacKillop who assisted with the convening of the day –
without them, the day would not have run as smoothly.
