SACCSS held its Annual Athletics Championships for Division 2 and Division 1 on Monday 29th August and Tuesday 30th August respectively. Both meets were held at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park.
These were the first Athletics Championships that SACCSS has been able to host for 3 years due to Covid lockdown.
All 15 of our member colleges were present across the 2 days and all athletes displayed exceptional levels of determination, resilience and sportsmanship in particularly trying weather conditions.

Girls 16 Shot Put – Kalo Tafolo – St Monica’s College – Old record 8.15m – New record 9.14m
Ava Osborne SAL 8.69m also broke the old record in 2nd place
Boys 17-20 Long Jump – Jude Georgievski – St Monica’s College – Old record 6.51m – New record 6.87m
Boys 17-20 Relay – Emmanuel College ‘A’ 45.37y – Equalled Record set in 1994
