SACCSS was very excited to finally host a Senior Futsal Championship, after 2 years of interruptions on Monday 28th February.
Senior Futsal has not been played since 2019.
In late 2019 the Heads of Sport group within the association had made the decision to play all age categories of Futsal in divisions. This year was the first year of seeing this divisional structure in place for our senior students.
It was a great success and a positive move forward for Futsal within SACCSS.
SACCSS has fostered a relationship with LaTrobe University Sports Stadium in Bundoora.
This state of the art Futsal venue will now be the home of the SACCSS Futsal Championships for years to come.
There was an exceptional level of skill displayed at the tournament today.
